Nonetheless Found

I woke up one day not knowing that a simple conversation,
Would turn my whole world upside down.
Not looking, not searching, nor looking, but nonetheless found.
Found an old friend who I hadn't seen in a long time.
Yet when he does make his presence known
Watch out - INTENSE FIRE & HEAT SPARKS WILL FLY
And who is this friend you ask?
This friend is my heart and he said, "I know you are,
